These terms and conditions supersede any terms and conditions proposed by the purchaser and shall not be varied except with the written consent of the company (French Bag by Véronique). Your use of this site will imply your agreement with these general conditions. Your use of any information provided on the website is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The company reserves the right to amend at any time any policies governing this website, including these terms and conditions and privacy policy, by posting the revised terms on our website, which shall be effective instantly. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must not use this site. The company does not authorize or recommend anyone under the age of 18 years to make purchases from our Site. All purchases of our products should be made by persons 18 years of age or older.

II Purchasing and Payment Conditions
You can buy our current selection of the collections online and benefit from special offers and get news about new French Bags or events. This will be valid until the date indicated or until the end of the item, whichever occurs first. To buy a French Bag, select it and buy it by clicking buy now, to confirm the order, please click the next button.

We cannot guarantee that the colors you see on your monitor are exactly like the real colors. The price payable is set out on the website and shall be applied at the time the customer places the order. The prices which are quoted in USD include VAT (if available) usual postage costs for international orders. All payments are made securely on line using Paypal (Credit Cards), so Paypal assures that your transactions are protected. When the transaction is confirmed, an email message will be sent to you. If you don't receive a message please contact us.

Title to the goods shall not pass to the customer until payment is made in full but risk shall pass to the customer from the time the relevant items leave the company.

III Delivery and Cancellation Conditions, Return Policy
French Bag by Véronique uses a reputable mail company to delivery to international customers. Delivery will usually take place within 10 days for EU-Orders and within 2 weeks for international orders of acceptance of the order. Alternative carriage arrangements may be made at the time of placement of the order. Please email veronique@french-bag.com with your requirements. In this case, the company reserves the right to charge the customer with these additional mailing costs, because rates vary depending on the destination and the courier company. All deliveries require a signature of the customer or an authorized person on behalf of the customer. A signature of receipt determines that the contract has been fulfilled. While we make every effort to deliver goods within the time stated, the company shall not in any circumstances be liable for any loss howsoever caused by reason of delay in delivery.

We want you to be very satisfied with any purchase order placed with French Bag. Where an order is cancelled before items have been dispatched, a 25 USD administration charge can be made by the company to cover all reasonable banking, and administration cost. If the goods have been dispatched as ordered, it is responsibility of the customer to return the goods in accordance to the following: The shipping cost of the return will be borne by the customer. In addition the 25 USD administration fee plus the cost of the original package will be deducted from any refund due to the customer. All returns must returned within 3 weeks or receiving your order. Goods must be unused and still have their original packaging and items attached. The company will not refund damaged items or lost or in used condition and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned. The company shall only accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit to destination specified by the customer: any lost or damage must be reported in writing to the company within seven days of delivery to the customer. Failure by the customer to comply with these terms, the company reserves the right not to refund the goods.

IV Guarantee
All French Bags are covered by the legal guarantee against any manufacturing of material defect. Warranty claims must be made in writing and include proof of payment. Where the claims are upheld, the company reserves the right to provide replacement item or repaired item.

V Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
The company shall not in any circumstances be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect loss or damage or any consequential loss or any kind, damage or expense whether to person or property arising from any defect howsoever caused whether by reason of the negligence of the company, its directors, owners, employees, representatives, or any other person acting on behalf of the company.

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be without error. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. The access to our website may also be occasionally suspended at any time and without prior notice or restricted in the case of a system failure to allow for maintenance or repairs, or the implementation of new facilities, information or goods and services or for any other reasons whatsoever, including for reasons beyond the control of the company. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction. The company will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance or interruption of the delivery of the contents of its website and shall not be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages of any kind including loss of earnings, loss of profit or any other loss in any way related to the use of the website, the content thereof or any material accessed through the website.
